LV circuit breakers for protection of pole mounted distribution transformers

MODELS D165T – D265T

The D165T – D265T pole-mounted distribution transformer protection circuit-breakers, for top or mid-pole mounting and for 50, 100 or 160kVA transformers, are designed for low voltage overhead protection.

They protect against overloads and short-circuits as well as phase unbalance. Its double tripping device allows it to trip, automatically resetting itself to allow reconnection (closing of the network) without having to carry out any maintenance.

It is designed for outdoor installation and is fixed in the middle or at the top of the pole. This positioning makes it more difficult to access and thus limits vandalism and theft. However, it can be easily manoeuvred from the ground by means of its padlockable rod.

It is suitable for both overhead and underground LV lines.

The thermal relay is preset to 50 kVA (minimum automatic value).
Select the desired automatic on the rotary selector of the thermal relay, according to the transformer installed:
-D165T: 50 kVA or 100 kVA (160 kVA is not allowed).
-D265T: 50 kVA, 100 kVA 160 kVA
