\nVARISIL\u2122 arresters are manufactured from metal oxide varistors (MOV) with high energy absorption capacity, wrapped in HTV silicone rubber and finally encapsulated in a solid core of reinforced glass fibre. The use of raw materials with outstanding electrical and mechanical properties allows the products to be more compact, thus saving overall resources and limiting waste.
